My Degh catering works on raw meat weight, where 1kg gives you about 3.5kg to 4kg of cooked Biryani or Korma. It's the most efficient way to feed 6-8 people without worrying about running out of food or overspending. ### Ordering Made Simple Nobody wants tension at their own party. Whether you are hosting a family gathering in Mira Road or a corporate lunch in Mahim, my bulk catering is designed to be zero-fuss. The food comes ready to serve, so you just need to arrange the plates and let your guests dive in. ### The 'Degh' Logic I keep the pricing transparent and honest. My bulk orders are based on the raw weight of the meat, which is the standard 'Degh' style of cooking. * **1 Kg Meat Unit:** Yields approximately 3.5kg to 4kg of total cooked food. * **Serving Size:** One unit is perfect for 6 to 8 hungry adults. * **Menu Options:** Choose from Dum Biryani (Chicken or Mutton), Tikka Biryani, Nihari, or Korma. ### Why My Catering Hits Different I’ve been doing this for over 10 years, and I know that party food needs to be consistent. My Chicken Tikka Biryani, for instance, uses chicken grilled in a hot tandoor before it hits the masala and rice, giving you that smoky flavour you don't get with standard catering. If you are bored of standard biryani, try the Kepsa—it’s the ultimate Indo-Chinese fusion rice that always creates a bawaal (buzz) at the table. ### Quality Guarantee I don't play games with quality. Everything is 100% Halal and fresh. If you feel the quality is not up to the mark, I offer a refund, no questions asked. I’d rather lose a booking than have you unhappy with your meal. ## About Raafae's Dastarkhwan I've been running Raafae's Dastarkhwan for over 10 years, and my only goal is to make sure your guests leave with full stomachs and happy hearts. I don't believe in fancy presentations that leave you hungry, just honest, heavy-duty Mughlai and Chinese food that hits the spot every single time.
