## About Fire Flow: The Art of Fire Spinning

People often ask if fire spinning is inherently dangerous. The reality is that the safety protocols—the fuel management, the fire blankets, and the controlled environment—are what allow the art to exist in the first place. When you watch me perform or join a session, you are seeing years of discipline that turn a potentially volatile element into a precise, meditative movement.

### The Philosophy of Fire
Fire spinning is rarely about being wild or reckless. It is about being deeply present. When the flames are moving around you, distraction is not an option. It is the ultimate form of meditation. I treat every performance as a practice of mindfulness, ensuring the intensity of the fire matches the energy of the crowd without compromising safety.

### Performances for Events
For events in Bengaluru, I bring a tailored experience. Whether it is a high-energy fire poi routine for a music festival or a slow, grounding staff flow for an intimate gathering, the choreography adapts to the specific vibe of the space. I have performed at venues ranging from open-air festivals to private terraces, ensuring every act is custom-fit for the setting.

### Training and Safety
Safety is my non-negotiable. Every performance and workshop is backed by a comprehensive safety briefing, fire-safe equipment, and strict protocols. I am Swaroop, and for me, spinning fire is movement medicine. It started as a kid playing with staffs on the street, and today, it is my way of finding stillness in the chaos. I teach and perform to share this peace, not just to put on a show.
