Every month, we recognize our top performers—not just for sales targets, but for the genuine engagement and support they provide to our members on the floor. When you come in, you are not just walking into a facility; you are being guided by a coach who is incentivized to actually care about your specific progress. ### Why Our Team Matters Fitness can feel intimidating, especially when you are just starting. That is exactly why we invest so heavily in our 60+ trainers across our five Bengaluru branches. We don't just hire people who know how to lift; we hire people who know how to connect. ### The Quadz Culture You will see us celebrating our team with "Employee of the Year" awards and branch recognitions—like the honors given to our Dr. Rajkumar Road and Sadashivanagar teams. These aren't just for show. They are proof of a culture that values retention, service, and positive energy. When our staff feels valued, they pass that energy directly to you. ### What You Can Expect Whether you are at our Seshadripuram, Mahalakshmi Layout, or any other branch, you will encounter trainers who are: * **Certified & Approachable:** We remove the awkwardness of the gym floor. If you aren't sure about your form, you never have to guess. Our floor trainers are there to spot and guide you. * **Community-Focused:** We are a FitFam. You will see our trainers not just on the floor, but hosting our annual badminton tournaments, tug-of-war matches, and festival celebrations. * **Versatile:** With experts in CrossFit, Zumba, Yoga, and Strength Training, our team is equipped to help you hit your goals, regardless of your starting point. We believe that consistency is the secret to fitness, and our team is here to keep you consistent, motivated, and part of the family. ## About Quadz Fitness We are Vijay and Poornima, the faces behind Quadz. We didn't just build gyms; we built a family, and our team of 60+ trainers is the heartbeat of it all. Come meet the people who will actually make you look forward to your workout.
