If you are tired of manually managing heavy curtains, or if your home theater feels too complex to start, that is where we begin. I prefer reliable, user-friendly setups where a single app or voice command actually works, rather than tech that just looks fancy but sits unused. Automation is often sold as a high-end luxury, but in my eyes, it is a problem-solving tool. I have seen too many clients stop using their home theater because the system was too complex to operate. That is why when I design a smart space, I focus on the interface first. If you cannot operate your lights, AC, and projector with a single button press or a quick voice command, the technology has failed you. ### Practical Smart Solutions * **Automated Curtains:** I typically layer sheer and blackout curtains. This allows you to manage light and privacy without walking across the room—perfect for large apartments where natural light can be overwhelming. * **Secure Storage:** I often design bar units or cabinets with fingerprint-protected locks. It keeps things secure yet accessible, blending high-tech security with elegant joinery. * **Atmospheric Lighting:** Lighting is the fastest way to change a room's mood. By setting up scene-based automation, you can switch from 'work mode' to 'relax mode' instantly, rather than fumbling with multiple switches. ### The Reality of Installation Do not expect a clean, zero-noise installation. Retrofitting automation into an existing home involves wiring, dust, and careful planning. I handle the backend chaos—the cabling, the integration, and the syncing—so you just get the final result. Whether you are in a high-rise in South Mumbai or a villa in the suburbs, the goal is always the same: a home that anticipates your needs, not one that adds more work to your day. ## About Purvi Shah I am Purvi, and I design homes that do not just look good—they actually work for you.
