They are built through dust, noise, and hours of relentless site supervision. ## Photos and videos - [Video: This is the chaos before the calm. This video shows the reality of my process, from coordinating with the team to getting my hands dirty. I remove it. My process is built on strict site supervision where I manage every detail personally, from the raw civil works to the final deep clean. When you hand over a project to me, I treat it like my own, ensuring the result is not just built, but truly felt. Construction is never a clean, quiet affair. When you see a beautiful office or a serene home, you are looking at the end of a long, often noisy journey. I believe in being transparent about this process because it helps clients understand what they are paying for. ### The Reality of Turnkey Execution I manage the entire site from start to finish. This means I coordinate the civil work, the electrical layouts, the material sourcing, and the final aesthetic touches. By handling the 'chaos'—the dust, the worker coordination, the material delays—I free you from the stress of juggling multiple vendors. Whether I am transforming a diamond-cutting factory or setting up a corporate office in Mumbai or Pune, the steps remain the same. ### My Quality Control My 'Nikal do' (get it out) policy isn't just a catchphrase. It is a commitment to quality. If a mural isn't aligning with the Vastu layout, or if the joinery finish doesn't meet the standards for your retail boutique, it gets reworked. I do not hide the process; I guide it. ### What You Can Expect - **Site Assessment:** I begin by understanding your vision, whether you have a Pinterest board or just a feeling you want to capture. - **The Build Phase:** This is the loudest part. Expect construction noise. I am on-site to ensure workers are following the design plan and safety protocols. - **The Finishing Touches:** Once the structure is ready, I personally oversee the lighting, the soft furnishings, and the final cleanup. - **Handover:** I only sign off when the space feels ready for you to walk in and start your work. I work across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area, Pune, Surat, and Delhi NCR. If you are looking for someone who treats your site with the same intensity as their own home, let us start talking. ## About Purvi Shah I am Purvi.
