This design choice lets your team focus without feeling boxed in by the usual cubicle constraints. ### Merging Brand Identity with Function Designing for a travel brand like EaseMyTrip required us to move beyond standard office layouts. The goal was to instill a sense of freedom and movement. We introduced a subtle beach theme that flows through the space, using soft blue color palettes and floor patterns that guide employees naturally from the entrance to their workstations. ### The Biophilic Approach Nature has a profound impact on productivity. By integrating indoor planter boxes and a rooftop terrace filled with bougainvillea, we introduced biophilic elements that improve air quality and help reduce daily stress. The terrace is not just an aesthetic addition; it serves as a functional break-out zone where employees can step away from their screens. ### Materiality and Luxury in Execution For the executive areas, we pivoted from the light, airy aesthetic of the main floor to a more grounded luxury. We utilized Italian marble for desk surfaces, gold-finish accents, and paneled wall treatments to create a space that commands respect. ### Technical Details * **Acoustics:** The acoustic ceiling baffles were custom-fitted to absorb sound, addressing the common issue of high noise levels in collaborative open-plan offices. * **Lighting:** We incorporated linear profile lights and cloud-shaped fixtures to maintain consistent illumination without harsh glare. * **Layout:** Our spatial planning focused on circulation, ensuring that the transition between collaborative pods and private cabins feels seamless. ## About Purple Studio We are Purple Studio, a team of architects who obsess over the construction phase just as much as the final reveal.
