We focus on building gross motor skills and pure, unadulterated joy, ensuring that every student leaves the field with a sense of achievement and a big smile. Physical activity is a core pillar of our philosophy at Purple Asters. We know that when children are active, they are also more attentive in the classroom. That is why our active play programs go beyond traditional sports; we create an environment where children can run, jump, and explore their physical limits safely. Whether it’s balancing on agility ladders, mastering a sack race, or finding the rhythm in a hula hoop game, our activities are structured to develop core motor skills, spatial awareness, and balance. We keep the groups small, which means every child gets the encouragement they need to try a new challenge. We purposely strip away the pressure of competitive sports. Instead, we highlight effort, sportsmanship, and the 'Hustle Muscle' attitude we celebrate throughout the school year. It is wonderful to see shy children come out of their shells during these play sessions and start cheering for their friends.
