Expect full, hearty portions of Dal Makhani, Butter Chicken, and fresh breads designed for digging in and passing around, rather than individual plating. When you have a group of ten people or just a noisy family gathering, the last thing you want is formal, quiet service. You want food that arrives in big, steaming bowls, ready for everyone to dig in. That is exactly how we approach our feasts. We do not believe in fancy, small portions. Whether you are at our Indiranagar, HSR, or Sarjapur Road branches, the experience is the same: loud, warm, and centred around the table. Our thalis and platters are put together to ensure that no one is left waiting for a refill, and everyone gets their fill of the same spice levels and textures. ### Why it works for groups: * **Shared Service:** By serving in traditional Balti ware, we keep the curries hot and communal, which is exactly how Punjabi meals should be eaten. * **No Fusion:** You will not find experimental dishes here. We stick to the classics—Dal Makhani, creamy Butter Chicken, and stuffed Kulchas—that everyone in the family, from the kids to the elders, actually recognizes and loves. * **Lively Atmosphere:** We are not a place for hushed tones. Our restaurants are built to handle the noise of big groups, celebrations, and weekend catch-ups. If you are planning a weekend dinner with the family or a catch-up with old friends, bring your appetite. We have the space, the noise, and the food to match your mood. ## About Punjabi Rasoi I am Bharat, and I built Punjabi Rasoi to be the kind of place where families come to actually eat, not just sit quietly. My kitchen puts out large, shared portions because that is how we eat back home—everyone around one table, digging in, and talking over the food.
