Every order of our Matki Biryani is individually slow-cooked in its own clay pot, which is why that earthy, smoky aroma hits different. When you open that seal, the first whiff of whole spices and perfectly steamed, fluffy long-grain basmati is exactly what your mood ordered. ### Why our Biryani hits different It’s not just rice and vegetables. We take the 'Matki' approach seriously—cooking in clay pots ensures the heat is distributed evenly, infusing the flavour of the spices deep into every single grain of basmati. **The Stars of the Show:** * **Chaap Tikka Biryani:** This is our fusion masterpiece. We take our legendary tandoori chaap, toss it with aromatic spices, and layer it with rice. It’s smoky, spicy, and frankly, a bit addictive. * **Paneer Tikka Biryani:** For those who think paneer is the answer to everything (we agree). We use soft, fresh cubes marinated in yogurt and spices before they meet the rice. **Solo Cravings?** Don't want a whole biryani? Our **Dal Makhani Rice Box** is the ultimate comfort food hack. It’s slow-cooked for hours, just the way you like it, and pairs perfectly with our fluffy, long-grain steamed rice. It’s the perfect lunch fix when you’re busy with work or just want a 'ghar ka khana' vibe without the cooking. Whether you’re in Paschim Vihar or chilling in Gurugram, we bring the heat to your doorstep. We don't mess around with taste—it’s pure veg, full of flavour, and ready to fix your food cravings. Grab a spoon, and dig in. ## About Punjabi Angithi We started with a simple dream 11 years ago—to make sure no vegetarian in Delhi-NCR ever feels like they’re missing out.
