Receiving the award for the Best Pure Veg Restaurant in Delhi NCR is proof that my passion for good food is reaching you all. It’s a direct shoutout to 11 years of obsessing over the perfect masala balance for our Chaap and Dal Makhani. When you eat with us, you’re tasting the same dedication that won us 'Best Pure Veg Restaurant in Delhi NCR' at the 2024 National Quality Awards. ### Why This Award Means So Much We started this journey with one simple angithi (stove) and a massive love for Punjabi flavours. Being named the best in Delhi-NCR by the National Quality Awards 2024 feels like a massive high-five from you guys. It proves that vegetarian food can be just as indulgent, heavy, and satisfying as anything else out there. ### The Secret Sauce What really goes into making an award-winning plate? It’s not magic—it’s just plain obsession. Whether it's our signature Soya Chaap that feels like butter or the slow-cooked creaminess of our Dal Makhani, we don't cut corners. We use fresh, high-quality ingredients, and our tandoor is always running hot. ### Quality You Can Taste This award belongs to our team—the chefs, the servers, and everyone at the Paschim Vihar kitchen who works crazy shifts to make sure your food is hot and fresh. When you visit us, you aren't just getting a meal; you're getting the same standard that caught the judges' eyes. Next time you crave authentic North Indian, you know where to find the champs. Come over, grab a plate, and let’s celebrate the swaad! ## About Punjabi Angithi We are the family behind the grill, obsessed with getting every spice mix right.
