In this batch, you will work at live weddings and market visits, learning how to handle real client constraints like sourcing fresh flowers on a budget or fixing structural frames under pressure. You will leave here ready to take your first order, not just with a certificate. Building a career in event decoration is about more than just aesthetics; it is about handling the chaos of a live site. That is why at CM Institute, my classes are 100% practical. Whether it is a small Satyanarayana pooja in Rajajinagar or a large-scale wedding stage, you will be there with me, hands-on. We cover the entire business, which is what I call the A to Z of decoration: * **Market Sourcing:** Learn where to get the freshest flowers in Bengaluru at the right price. * **Structural Integrity:** Understanding how to build sturdy mantapas, backdrops, and chapparas safely. * **Client Management:** I share how to talk to clients, quote prices accurately, and handle feedback, just like my students have done in these stories. Most courses give you a certificate; I give you the support to start your own business. Even after the 24 days are over, I help you with rentals and guidance for your first few events. My goal is to see you standing in front of a setup you built, feeling the same pride my current students feel. ## About Charan Mamatha Event Institute I am Pulsar Sena. People kept asking me how I do my decorations, so I started this institute to help others build their own paths. I don't just teach you; I work alongside you so you gain the confidence to lead your own events.
