If you join my course, this is not just theory; you will be right there with me at these live event sites, learning how we manage the actual mess and pressure before a wedding starts. When you look through these photos, you are not just seeing finished stages. You are seeing the result of hours spent at wholesale markets, the trial and error of weaving coconut mats, and the collective effort of my team to make a venue look grand for a special day. Unlike many institutes that keep you locked in a classroom, we take our training to the real world. You see me here receiving awards and managing crews because I want my students to know that this industry is about more than just aesthetics; it is about hard work. Whether we are setting up a traditional wedding or a housewarming ceremony, every detail is done by hand with fresh materials. I teach my students to handle the unexpected challenges of a live event, from last-minute structural adjustments to sourcing supplies on a budget. This is the practical, no-nonsense reality of event decoration. If you are ready to stop watching and start doing, my 24-day course is designed to get you on-site, working with real tools, and building your own professional confidence under my guidance. ## About Charan Mamatha Event Institute I am not a corporate teacher; I am your friend and mentor.
