Our coaches prioritize safety and gradual progression, meaning you will master body mechanics and jump techniques in the dry land area before taking your first leap into our 15ft deep diving well. Diving requires a unique blend of physical control and mental focus. Unlike general swimming, this is about managing gravity, air awareness, and your entry into the water. At our Vile Parle facility, we offer a comprehensive range of platforms, starting from 1m springboards for beginners to the 10m high-dive tower for advanced training. Our curriculum follows a strict progression path. You will start with basic tucks, pikes, and jump mechanics to build a foundation. Once you are comfortable with your body position in the air, we move on to technical entries, focusing on minimizing ripples and managing depth perception. Because we operate an open-air facility, your training will take place in a real-world environment where factors like sun exposure and air movement are part of the learning process. Please note that this course is not for non-swimmers. Due to the nature of the sport and our 15ft deep diving well, a baseline of swimming competency is a strict requirement for entry. Our instructors conduct a water-treading test to ensure you have the necessary comfort level in deep water before you are cleared to climb the tower. We keep our groups focused, ensuring every diver gets individual feedback on their form and safety. ## About PTKS Connect At PTKS Connect, we are one of the few places in the city with a full-scale diving tower.
