Our lanes are high-volume, meaning you will share space with 5 to 8 other swimmers during peak evening hours. The focus here is strictly on endurance sets, speed drills, and constant stroke correction, so you need to be ready for an intense 45-minute block where every second of water time is monitored by our coaches. ### Training for Performance If you are serious about competitive swimming in Mumbai, you know that consistent, structured practice is the only way to drop your times. At our Vile Parle facility, we move beyond basic water confidence. We utilize a 3-month, 6-day-a-week commitment structure because improvement in the water requires repetition and dedicated lane time. ### What to Expect * **Environment:** Our pool is open-air with high chlorine levels, which is standard for competitive training but requires a bit more maintenance on your part. Expect high-intensity sessions; our coaches enforce strict 45-minute slots. If you arrive late, you miss your water time. * **Lane Etiquette:** You will be training in a shared lane environment. It gets crowded. Developing your awareness of other swimmers while maintaining your own pace and stroke is part of the training. * **Commitment:** Our programs operate on a strict no-refund, no-carry-forward policy. We value the discipline of showing up, so make sure your schedule aligns with our batches before you sign up. ### Requirements for Athletes To keep our water quality and training environment consistent, we mandate specific gear: proper Lycra or Nylon swimwear and a swimming cap are non-negotiable. You will also need to submit a medical certificate upon registration. We provide the structure and the lane space, but you must bring the focus.
