We run double sessions totaling 6 to 7 hours of daily activity, focusing on high-intensity fitness drills in the morning and match simulations in the afternoon to test your resolve. At our SPJ Cricket Ground in Lonavala, you get away from city distractions to focus entirely on the game. My coaching team, led by Nitin Madhavi Sir, focuses on technical correction for batting and bowling alongside physical conditioning. We use professional aids like bowling machines and parachute resistance training to ensure your fitness matches your skill. Real growth happens under pressure. We expose our students to international standards, including recent training sessions with Glamorgan County players. This is about more than just net practice; it is about preparing you for real-world match conditions. Whether you join our 7-day residential camp or the non-residential module, you will go through the same rigorous curriculum that we use to train professional cricketers. We believe that if you want it easy, you should look elsewhere. But if you are ready to work, shabash anna, we will push you to your limits. ## About Pravin Tambe's Cricket Academy I am Pravin Tambe, and this academy is my second home where we build champions.
