When you see our students representing teams like the Rajasthan U-14 or the Women’s Senior Team, you are looking at the outcome of our high-performance curriculum. It is the result of 5-6 hours of daily training, match simulations, and the mental toughness we build on our Muhana campus, not just talent. Getting to the professional level requires more than just natural ability. At PS Sports Academy, we focus on the complete cricketer. Whether it is a fast bowler learning to control aggression or a batter changing their mindset to score runs, the foundation is laid through our Rajasthan Royals-aligned training modules. We provide the exact environment needed to bridge the gap between being a passionate player and a professional athlete. Our students, such as Gulab Singh—who debuted in the Cooch Behar Trophy—and Sangeeta Kumawat, who made it to the Rajasthan Women’s Senior Team, succeeded because they followed our structured path. This includes: * **Match Exposure:** Regular participation in tournaments like the PS Cup and inter-academy leagues ensures players handle the pressure of live games. * **Modern Training:** We focus on match-specific skills and fitness, moving away from old-school defensive tactics to a proactive, run-scoring mentality. * **Holistic Development:** From video analysis to mental conditioning, every aspect of our program is designed to build decision-making skills. Our Muhana campus is designed as a residential ecosystem where you can stay, eat, and train in a professional environment. We do not promise miracles, but we provide the resources, expert coaching, and match exposure you need if you have the drive to represent your district or state. ## About PS Sports Academy I am Pankaj Singh. For me, this academy is family, and we train our students with the same intensity I brought to my own international career. If you are serious about cricket and willing to work as hard as our success stories, you belong here with us.
