When you step onto the field for a talent hunt here, you are bowling or batting under the watchful eyes of professional scouts and Rajasthan Royals coaches. We look for intent, fitness, and raw potential, not just textbook technique. Bring your A-game, because the pressure here is real—just like it is on the professional circuit. Whether it's the Red Bull Speedster trials or the 'Cricket Ka Ticket' talent hunts, we don't just organize events. We open doors. If you have the spark, we provide the platform to showcase it. Scouts from the Rajasthan Royals ecosystem look for specific traits: bowlers who hit target lines under pressure, and batters who show the intent to score rather than just survive. Our Muhana arena is built for this. We provide turf wickets that mimic match conditions so you can demonstrate your speed and range without excuses. Don't come here looking for a participation certificate. Come looking for a selection. We train you to handle the nerves, because the best cricketer isn't always the one with the most talent, but the one who performs when the pressure is highest. We provide video analysis for bowlers and technical feedback for batters, so even if you don't make the cut on day one, you leave knowing exactly what to fix. If you are serious about a career in cricket, stay tuned to our trial calendar and be prepared to show us what you have got. ## About PS Sports Academy Playing for India was my biggest dream, and I know exactly what it takes to catch a selector's eye.
