We run the same high-intensity drills for our women's batch as we do for our professional male players, focusing on everything from hip activation for power hitting to specific fast bowling biomechanics. We track your progress, identify technical flaws, and push you to play a dominant brand of cricket—the same way our students like Sangeeta Kumawat and Aditi Chauhan did to reach state and national levels. At PS Sports Academy, our women’s cricket program is built on the reality of the modern game. It is not about just defense anymore; it is about clearing the boundary and bowling with purpose. As the official Rajasthan Royals academy in Jaipur, we give you access to professional-grade infrastructure, including 15+ rotating practice surfaces and dedicated strength and conditioning facilities. ### What we focus on: * **Modern Batting Technique:** We move beyond basic blocks. We teach you to manipulate the field, play aggressive shots, and build a big innings. * **Cricket-Specific Fitness:** You will work with resistance bands and agility drills that build the explosive power needed for diving catches and faster run-scoring. * **Match Readiness:** We do not hide you in the nets. We integrate you into internal leagues like the PS Cup and organize inter-academy matches to put you in real-game pressure situations. Our coaching staff brings deep experience to the table. We do not believe in generic advice. Whether you are a beginner looking to pick up the bat for the first time or a player aiming for a district or state team selection, we have a clear, step-by-step pathway for you to improve. ## About PS Sports Academy I am Pankaj Singh, and at PS Sports Academy, we treat women’s cricket with the exact same intensity as the men’s game. We have seen our students like Sangeeta and Aditi break into the Rajasthan state teams, and we are looking for the next group of girls who have that same hunger to perform.
