We focus on 'run banao'—positive, aggressive batting—and bowling with 'thek' (accuracy) rather than just raw pace. You will be training on the same 15 rotating turf and astro-surfaces that RR scouts monitor, with BCCI-certified coaches correcting your biomechanics frame-by-frame. This is about learning to think like a professional under pressure, not just showing up for practice. ### The Royals Way Being the official Rajasthan Royals academy means our training methodology is aligned with the franchise's scouting and player development standards. We do not just teach cricket; we teach the mental toughness required to handle the modern game. Our coaches drill fundamental techniques like the 'V' grip to ensure your bat face stays straight and your power remains controlled. ### Pro-Level Exposure We host exclusive masterclasses where international cricketers visit to share their experience. Whether it is learning fielding agility from a specialist or bowling with the aggression needed for T20 formats, the exposure is constant. Our Ring Road facility features 15 varied surfaces, allowing you to adapt to different match conditions—from the bounce of natural turf to the pace of astro-turf. ### Beyond Nets We believe that raw talent needs the right environment. Our program integrates high-performance fitness sessions, gym training, and match simulations through our internal PS Cup. If you are serious about pursuing cricket as a career, our hostel facilities provide a distraction-free space for full-time focus. We do not just promise training; we provide a measurable pathway to competitive cricket, focusing on the mindset that separates district-level players from national contenders. ## About PS Sports Academy Rajasthan Royals feels like family to me, which is why bringing this academy to Jaipur matters. I am here to help you move from 'save the wicket' to 'score the runs,' training with the same intensity I brought to the ground when I played for India.
