It comes from the 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM grind on our 15 mixed-surface wickets and the match simulations we run to mimic high-pressure tournament conditions. When you train with us, you are not just practicing; you are preparing for trials. Success in cricket is about consistency, not just a single big knock. We focus on shifting the mindset from simply trying to survive at the crease to actively scoring runs. This is how players like Gulab Singh, who recently debuted in the U-19 Cooch Behar Trophy, developed the aggressive bowling and batting approach required for state-level competition. ### The Pathway to Selection Our coaching methodology is designed to bridge the gap between amateur passion and professional requirements. Students like Aditi Chauhan, who proved her talent as a fast bowler on the national stage, show that with the right environment, the jump from academy to professional cricket is achievable. Whether it is Sangeeta Kumawat and Manasvi Katta securing spots in the Rajasthan Senior Women's teams, or young talents like Rahul Sharma, Jai Singh, and Sachin Meena making the district squads, the pattern is consistent. They follow a rigorous program of: * **Modern Skill Drills:** Focusing on 'run banao' for batters and aggressive accuracy for bowlers. * **Match Simulation:** Weekly open net scenarios that put players under pressure similar to real district tournaments. * **Physical Conditioning:** Cricket-specific fitness sessions in our on-site gym. ### Why Our Students Excel Being an official Rajasthan Royals training academy means our students get exposure to professional standards early. You are training on the same turf where high-performance athletes refine their craft. We provide the hostel facilities, the BCCI-certified coaching oversight, and the competitive match exposure in internal leagues like the PS Cup. We do not just teach you to play; we teach you to think like a professional. ## About PS Sports Academy I am Pankaj Singh, and I have seen enough cricket to know that raw talent needs structure to survive. My coaches and I do not just teach technique; we build the aggressive, modern mindset you need to turn a district-level dream into a professional reality.
