In our 1-on-1 sessions, we use video analysis to identify biomechanical flaws in your action, whether you are a bowler needing more accuracy or a batter adjusting your stance. You get real feedback on why a shot went wrong or how to fix your run-up, turning hours of practice into smart, effective training. Success in cricket isn't just about hitting the ball hard or bowling at top speed, it is about having the right mindset. As an official Rajasthan Royals academy, we bring the same professional standards we use in the IPL to our grassroots coaching in Jaipur. ### Why Our Approach is Different We move away from the old-school 'save your wicket' mentality and teach you to play positive, modern cricket. When I coach fast bowling, I look for aggression, but I define aggression as body language and smart field placements, not just being loud on the pitch. We teach you to bowl with control, focusing on hitting the stump, not just the general area. ### Expert Mentorship Our team, including BCCI-certified trainers and former first-class cricketers, ensures you get technical input that actually works. We host regular masterclasses where you can ask questions about batting, wicket-keeping, or mental toughness. This is an open environment. If you have a problem, you don't stay silent; you talk to us. We emphasize that there is no shortcut to success, but there is a smarter way to work. Whether you are training at our SMS Stadium center or our facility at Muhana, you get access to turf wickets and gym facilities that match the standards of state-level practice. ## About PS Sports Academy I’m Pankaj Singh.
