When you are juggling back-to-back meetings or pushing through a heavy lifting session, you need food that fuels you without the dreaded afternoon slump. Our customers keep coming back because we actually listen to what they need—more protein, zero boring salads, and sauces that don't taste like cardboard. Building this brand in the heart of Gurugram has been absolute madness, but it has been worth every second. Whether we are setting up a quick falafel wrap station at The Circle Work or fueling members at Gravitas Gym, the feedback is consistent: people are tired of ‘healthy’ food that punishes their taste buds. We don't do bland. Our menu is built on a simple premise—if it doesn't taste good, you won't eat it, and if you don't eat it, you aren't getting the macros you need. From our signature Quinoa bowls to the whole-wheat wraps, we focus on high-protein, macro-counted meals that work for busy professionals and fitness enthusiasts alike. ### Why Gurugram keeps coming back: * **No Hidden Ingredients:** We use olive oil, ragi, and jaggery, so you know exactly what is going into your body. * **Macro-Counted:** We don't guess. Every box comes with the nutrition breakdown because we know you are tracking your goals. * **Freshness First:** We run our own kitchen—no third-party bulk sourcing here. We know catering for an office or a community event can be a headache, so we keep it simple. No complex setups, no servers required, just good, fresh food that makes everyone happy. If you have been looking for a caterer who understands that 'healthy' doesn't have to mean 'boring,' let’s talk. ## About Protein Bowls I started this because I was sick of the oily, carb-heavy ‘healthy’ food out there. My team and I are obsessed with proving that eating clean doesn’t mean sacrificing flavor—we want you to leave our counter feeling fueled, not cheated.
