They know that a shy seven-year-old learns better when the session feels like a game, not a chore. We blend technical instruction with fun activities so that discipline becomes a natural habit, not a forced rule. Whether on the football pitch or the skating track at Tilak Public School, our team focuses on the person first and the player second. ### Our Coaching Philosophy At Pro School Sports, we operate on the 'Kar lenge' spirit. We have all faced tough losses and high-pressure moments, and we bring that real-world resilience to every session. Our coaching staff is certified, experienced, and handpicked for their ability to connect with kids rather than just shout instructions from the sidelines. ### The Pro School Approach We maintain small batches of 15 to 25 students to ensure every child gets focused attention. For our younger groups, like the Under-7 football batch, we utilize game-based learning to teach core skills. As players progress, we introduce more structured discipline, helping them handle competition in leagues like the TYL and DPDL with grace. ### Why Our Team Matters Our coaching staff, including lead mentors like Vivek Singh, actively works to bridge the gap between skill-building and enjoyment. We do not just care about trophies. We care about the moment a child masters a balance technique on skates or makes their first goal on the football field. We encourage questions, celebrate small wins, and create a safe environment in Nerul where boys and girls across all age groups feel like they belong. We are here to guide your child through every stumble, sprint, and score, ensuring they gain confidence that lasts long after the session ends. ## About Pro School Sports At Pro School Sports, we are a team of coaches who prioritize the kid before the game. We know that real growth happens when a player feels secure and supported, so we focus on building character alongside athletic skills. We are here to guide your child through every stumble, sprint, and score, ensuring they gain confidence that lasts long after the session ends.
