Every session is led by AFC-certified coaches who don't just teach dribbling or passing—they act as mentors, focusing on building a child's confidence, tactical awareness, and sportsmanship. We keep our coach-to-student ratios tight, ensuring your child gets individual attention on the turf. At Pro School Sports, we believe the quality of the mentor determines the quality of the player. Whether it is Coach Vivek Singh breaking down complex drills for our U7 batch or Coach Shubham Pandit applying his AFC B Diploma knowledge to match strategy, our team is dedicated to the long-term development of every kid. ### Our Coaching Standards We don't hire trainers; we hire mentors. All our coaches hold a minimum C or D License, ensuring your child learns the correct technique from day one. We move beyond basic drills into tactical awareness, spatial play, and mental conditioning. Our sessions at venues like NR Bhagat Turf, Tilak Public School, and Jaipuriar School are designed to push students toward excellence while keeping the environment supportive. ### The 'Kar Lenge' Approach Sports can be stressful. We intentionally create a space where failing is just part of the process. When a child learns to bounce back from a loss or works through a tough defensive drill, they are building character that extends far beyond the football pitch. This is why you will see our coaches celebrating effort as much as they celebrate goals. ### Mentorship in Action We provide opportunities that go beyond the academy. Coaches like Kirti and Yashmita, who have taken on district-level responsibilities, bring real-world experience back to our training sessions. If you are looking for a program in Nerul, Sanpada, or Ulwe that treats your child as an individual athlete rather than just another number, we invite you to join us on the field. ## About Pro School Sports We don't just run drills; we mentor. Our coaches are active players and certified experts who bring the same passion to the field that they expect from their students, making every session intense yet encouraging.
