We view parents as an essential part of our squad, actively encouraging their presence on the sidelines because we know that a supportive environment is where confidence is built. Whether it is a small skill gain or a tournament win, we make sure to acknowledge the family support that makes these moments possible. At Pro School Sports, we operate on the belief that a child's growth is a shared journey. When you visit our sessions at Tilak Public School in Nerul, you will notice something different. It is not just about the drills or the scoreboards. It is about the community we have built together. We actively involve parents in the process because we know that encouragement from the sidelines transforms a quiet, unsure player into a confident athlete. Our coaching staff, including Sam and Pawan, focus on creating an atmosphere where kids feel safe to fail, learn, and try again. This is the heart of our 'Kar lenge' spirit. We see parents handling the logistics, providing the pep talks, and celebrating every small milestone. This family-first approach is why our basketball and multi-sport sessions feel less like a rigid class and more like a community gathering. If you are looking for a youth sports academy in Navi Mumbai where your child will be known by name and supported as a person, you have found the right place. We invite you to be part of this energetic, supportive family. ## About Pro School Sports We started this academy because we wanted sports to be about joy and connection, not just medals. We are here to make sure every kid feels backed by their team and their family, turning every practice into a place where they truly belong.
