Take Coach Vivek, for instance—he uses specific fun-first games to teach tactical awareness, ensuring that even young athletes learn positional play without the pressure of a traditional classroom environment. This balance helps players improve their game while actually enjoying the 75-minute sessions. ### Our Coaching Philosophy At Pro School Sports, we believe that the best way for a kid to learn is when they don't realize they're working hard. Our coaches, including mentors like Vivek and Pawan, are trained to be more than just instructors. They are on the field with the students, teaching them to trust their teammates and their own abilities. ### The 'Kar Lenge' Approach When we say 'kar lenge' (we'll get it done), we mean it. Whether a child is learning to dribble a basketball for the first time or a football team is preparing for a TYL league match, our coaches focus on two things: skill and character. We structure our 75-minute sessions at Tilak Public School to move from dynamic stretching and agility drills into actual match application. This ensures that every technique practiced is immediately tested in a 3v3 scrimmage or practice match. ### Training Structure We keep our batches in Nerul to a focused size of 15 to 20 students. This allows our coaches to provide individual attention to every child, whether they are in our football program or looking to improve their basketball skills. By keeping the sessions at 6:45 PM on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, we ensure students can balance school and sport, keeping their energy high throughout the week. Our goal is simple: create a space where your child feels confident enough to take the shot, on and off the court. ## About Pro School Sports We aren't just here to teach the rules of the game. We are here to be the mentors who push you to take that extra shot and celebrate the wins with you. When you train with us, you are part of a team that believes in 'kar lenge'—no matter where you are starting from.
