Before we even talk about conditioning, we assess your current muscle maturity and weak points to choose the right category—whether that's Men's Physique, Classic, or Open Bodybuilding. My prep programs aren't one-size-fits-all; they are built on weekly photo updates and precise adjustments to your diet and training splits to ensure you peak exactly on show day. ### Real Coaching for Real Athletes "Guru woh bada nahi hota jo khud bada khiladi hai, guru woh hota hai jiske khiladi bade hain." My coaching is built on this. I don't coach for Instagram followers; I coach for Pro Cards and gold medals. When you join Team Iron Champs, you aren't just buying a plan. You are entering a disciplined environment where we treat every rep and every macro as a step toward your stage look. ### My Prep Methodology Whether we are working together in my Bulandshahr facility or remotely, the intensity remains the same. * **Initial Assessment:** We look at your structural symmetry and muscle mass to decide if you belong in Classic Physique or Men's Physique. * **Nutrition Strategy:** No crash diets. We use calculated bulking and cutting cycles to preserve muscle density while dropping body fat. * **Peak Week:** This is where champions are made. I personally manage your water manipulation, sodium load, and carb cycling in those final 10 days to ensure you show up dry, hard, and full. * **Posing & Stage Presence:** A great physique loses if you can't display it. I hold dedicated posing sessions to perfect your mandatory poses and stage routines. ### What to Expect This journey is tough. If you want a quick fix, this isn't for you. This is for the athlete who is hungry for competition, willing to put in the hours, and ready to listen. My goal is to guide you through your entire career—from your first amateur show to securing your IFBB Pro Card. You’ll have direct access to me for troubleshooting—whether it's fatigue management or adjusting your plan after a bad week.
