We balance the machine for your specific weight and riding style. Whether it is stripping 3.5kg from a KTM RC 390 or dialing in the preload on a Continental GT 650, every adjustment is designed to help you brake later and hold more speed through the apex. Success on the track is 50 percent the rider and 50 percent the machine. In our workshop, we treat every build with the same scrutiny we apply to our own Indian National Motorcycle Racing Championship entries. We start with weight reduction. By removing non-essential street components like headlights, indicators, and factory footpegs, we strip away mass that hinders acceleration and handling. We replace these with lightweight FRP bodywork and race-spec controls, giving you a bike that feels agile and responsive. Mechanical integrity is our priority. A race-ready setup involves more than just speed. We ensure FMSCI compliance through mandatory safety wiring on drain bolts and calipers. Our suspension work is specific to the rider, adjusting front fork oil viscosity and preload to handle the stresses of track braking and cornering. We upgrade braking systems with sintered pads and steel-braided lines because confidence in your stopping power is what allows you to push harder.
