Here is a look at the hands-on care my team and I put into every structure we build from scratch. 🤍 ## Photos and videos - [Video: From an empty lawn to a beautiful event space. This video shows my team and I setting up a large tent structure and decorating the entrance with elegant yellow drapes and florals for an evening reception.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/494c4028-f804-4fdc-ad00-69f76a54d4ce) ## About Bringing Your Vision to Life When you see a beautifully draped tent or a perfectly positioned floral arch, you aren't just seeing decor; you are seeing a full day of structural planning. My team and I handle everything from the initial site inspection and electrical rigging to the final draping, ensuring the venue is not just visually stunning but physically secure before your guests arrive. Many clients ask me how we transform a blank slate—a backyard, a quiet lawn, or an empty hall—into a lively celebration space. The secret is that we do not just decorate; we build. ### Planning and Logistics It starts long before the drapes go up. We scout your venue to understand sunlight, wind, and ground level, which dictates how we anchor our structures. For outdoor events in Bengaluru, this is critical. ### Structural Integrity My team handles the heavy lifting. We construct temporary frameworks, set up professional-grade rigging for lighting, and ensure every heavy installation is anchored safely. We do not believe in "good enough"; we believe in a sturdy, professional finish. ### The Final Touch Once the structure is safe, the real magic happens. We layer textures: soft drapes, lush fresh florals, and warm lighting. It is a slow, methodical process of adding the finishing touches that bring the personality of your event to life. When we manage the setup, you do not need to coordinate with separate tent or lighting vendors. We streamline the process, creating a seamless aesthetic from the floor up to the ceiling lights. Whether it is a haldi ceremony or a cocktail night, you can trust that we treat every venue with the care of our own homes. ## About Priyanka Prabhu & Company I am Priyanka, and I truly believe that the magic of an event is in the details you often do not see.
