For the best result, ensure your venue has a minimum ceiling height of 9 feet to accommodate the frame and overhead balloon garland, as our team requires clear floor space for a 3-hour assembly process. Our sequin wall packages are designed to serve as the focal point of your event photography. We offer various color options, including gold, silver, iridescent, and black, which are selected to match your specific theme. ### Technical Details & Customization Every setup includes professional-grade LED uplights placed at the base to enhance the reflection of the sequins. We integrate organic balloon garlands—using a mix of high-quality latex and metallic chrome balloons—to frame the wall, creating depth and dimension. You can choose from our standard 'Bride to Be' or 'Happy Birthday' neon signs, or inquire about custom text options to personalize the display. ### Requirements & Logistics To ensure a seamless installation, we provide a full-service experience that includes delivery, assembly, and next-day takedown. We generally need 3 hours on-site before your event starts to manage the panel-by-panel assembly and balloon styling. Please ensure there is adequate access to the venue for our team to move the 8x8ft frame and associated equipment. We currently service events across Bangalore and Hyderabad, covering both indoor halls and outdoor terrace venues. ## About Prepare 2 Party We are Prepare 2 Party, and we specialize in high-impact event decorations.
