It is a deliberate shift that fosters true independence, allowing your child to build confidence through their own hands-on achievements. ### Why We Are 'Guides,' Not Teachers In a traditional classroom, the teacher is the source of knowledge. In our Montessori environment, our role is to act as the link between the child and the prepared environment.
