Every song is a journey, and I would love to bring that storytelling to your event. ## Photos and videos - ![The announcement poster for "Maresuveya," a new Kannada original song I was featured on. It was a brilliant project to be a part of, and I can't wait for you to hear it.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/21d07a4f-81cc-448a-8389-4277aef40118) ## About My Original Music When I write a song, it starts with a small moment, like the winter night I started working on my Kannada original, Maresuveya. I do not just want to perform. I want to share the story behind the lyrics so you feel a bit of what I felt when I put those notes together, creating real yaadein for everyone listening. Performing original music is different from playing a standard set because it invites the audience into a specific narrative. Whether I am playing for a house concert, a cafe, or a larger corporate event, my goal is to bridge the gap between artist and listener. ### How I Structure My Sets * **Storytelling & Originals:** I weave in the tales behind my tracks, explaining what inspired a melody or a lyric to make the music feel more personal. * **The Multilingual Mix:** To ensure the vibe fits your crowd, I blend my original compositions with well-known hits in Hindi, English, Kannada, and other regional languages. * **Interactive Moments:** I love spontaneous jams and crowd singalongs, especially for smaller gatherings where the energy feels intimate. ### Why Choose an Original Performer Having a songwriter at your event changes the dynamic. It stops being background noise and becomes a feature. If you are tired of the same playlist, my original music provides a fresh, soulful perspective that your guests will likely not have heard before. I have performed at various venues across Bengaluru and am happy to discuss how we can tailor the sound to your space, whether you need a solo acoustic vibe or a full-band energy boost. ## About Praveen Bhat I am Praveen, a singer-songwriter from the Western Ghats. I started by writing songs on a beat-up guitar, and now I use that same passion to create moments for events. I believe every show is a chance to tell a story.
