I currently coach at the Padukone-Dravid Centre, which gives us access to a 20m semi-heated indoor pool for beginners and a 50m Olympic-size outdoor pool for advanced race preparation. This infrastructure allows me to focus on proper technique, from basics to competitive butterfly strokes, with every student I train. ### Training Philosophy My approach is straightforward. I do not believe in shortcuts. Whether you are a raw beginner looking to get comfortable in the water or a competitive swimmer aiming for state and national medals, we build your skills through consistent, disciplined effort. Swimming is as much about mental strength as it is about physical fitness. ### Why Train With Me? - **ASCA Certification:** I bring technical knowledge backed by international coaching standards. - **Proven Facilities:** Access to a 20m semi-heated indoor pool and a 50m Olympic-standard outdoor pool ensures training happens regardless of weather conditions. - **Comprehensive Technique:** We cover freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly with a heavy focus on stroke correction to improve your efficiency and speed. ### What to Expect If you join my classes, expect to sweat. We work on race preparation—including FINA-standard starting blocks and tumble turns—for those competing. For those just starting, I ensure you feel at home in the water first. Everything I do, from dry-land warm-ups to guided lap sessions, is designed to turn you into a better swimmer. I am looking for students who are serious about their progress and ready to train like champions. ## About Praveen Babu I am Praveen, and I view swimming as my life's purpose. I train swimmers of all levels to build the technique and mental toughness needed to succeed, whether in the pool or at a competition.
