It’s about the work I put in away from the water—staying conditioned year-round and advocating for the sport in the media. When you train with me at Dolphin Aquatics, you aren't just getting stroke corrections; you’re learning the mindset that turns a beginner into a competitor. ### The Philosophy of Hard Work My life revolves around one simple truth: HARD WORK PAYS OFF. People often see the medals and the podium finishes, but they rarely see the preparation that goes into it. Whether I am at a radio station talking about water safety or training in extreme conditions to keep my fitness at its peak, every moment is about staying ready to lead. ### Why I Coach I am not here to just teach you how to float. I am an ASCA-certified coach focused on performance and technique. I work at the Dolphin Aquatics facility in Betahalasuru because it provides the best infrastructure for serious swimmers, whether you are starting out or chasing a championship. - **For Beginners:** We start with comfort and safety in the 20m indoor pool. My focus is getting you at home in the water. - **For Competitors:** You get access to the 50m Olympic-size outdoor pool where we drill race technique, tumble turns, and endurance. When you choose to train with me, you are joining a squad that aims for the top. My approach combines the technical knowledge from my international racing experience with the discipline required to represent India. Let’s get to work. ## About Praveen Babu I’m Praveen Babu, and I live for the water.
