I am remembering the exact focus and strategy I used when racing at the World Life Saving Championship. I teach the technique that actually wins races because I have used it to compete on the global stage myself. People ask me why I became a coach. The answer is simple. I want to see more Indian swimmers on that podium. Standing there in the Netherlands at the World Life Saving Championship, coming 8th, changed my life. It taught me that HARD WORK PAYS OFF. That is not just a slogan for me, it is the truth. As an ASCA-certified coach, I bring that international competition mindset to every practice session at Dolphin Aquatics. Whether we are correcting your freestyle mechanics or working on the psychology of a big race, I am passing on exactly what I learned from competing. I do not believe in soft training. I believe in discipline, smart race strategies, and pushing your limits every single day. If you want to swim at the state or national level, you need a coach who has been in the water at that level. Let us get to work. 🐬💪 ## About Praveen Babu I am Praveen Babu. I wake up thinking about the pool, train hard all day, and push my students to be better than I ever was.
