We focus on race strategy, underwater phases, and precise stroke mechanics to shave seconds off your timing. This is for swimmers who are already competing or pushing for state-level qualification. If you want to win, you have to be ready to grind. Swimming fast is not just about natural talent. It is about the hundreds of hours spent on technique correction and mental conditioning. When you join our weekday high-performance program, we break down your freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly until your movements are efficient and powerful. We work in the 50m Olympic-size heated pool at the Padukone-Dravid Centre for Sports Excellence. This is not a casual swim class. We use FINA-standard starting blocks and perform dryland conditioning to build the strength required for state and national competitions. My coaching philosophy, much like my hero Michael Phelps, is built on sacrifice. You might have to skip social events or wake up before the sun.
