We focus on micro-adjustments for hydrodynamics, perfecting every start, and drilling race strategy, because at the competitive level, shaving milliseconds is the only way to reach the podium. If you are ready to commit, I am ready to get you there. ### Our Approach to Racing Swimming fast is a skill, but racing smart is a mindset. My program at Dolphin Aquatics is designed for those who want to compete at state, national, and international levels. We do not stop at stroke correction. We go deep into the technical aspects of every race: * **Stroke Mechanics:** Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Butterfly. We fix your hand entry and kick power. * **Race Strategy:** Instruction on pacing, underwater phases, and competition plans. * **Mental Conditioning:** Inspired by my hero Michael Phelps, we teach you how to handle pressure and maintain focus when it matters most. ### The Facility and Schedule We train at the Padukone-Dravid Centre for Sports Excellence (CSE). You get access to a 50m Olympic-size heated pool or a 20m indoor semi-heated pool. Whether you join the Weekend Competitive Squad or the Weekday High-Performance Program, you are getting the same level of intensity. We work with professional starting blocks and utilize video analysis to help you see what needs to change. ### Why Join Dolphin Aquatics? I have been an international swimmer myself. I know the sacrifices required to represent your country. My team is my family, and we push each other to be better every single day. We are ASCA-certified, which means you are getting training that meets global standards. If you have the passion, I have the plan to help you win. ## About Praveen Babu I am Praveen Babu.
