I train competitive swimmers to handle pressure, build mental toughness, and execute race strategies that win. ## Photos and videos - ![My hero, Michael Phelps. I focus heavily on mental conditioning, teaching you to push past the wall when your lungs burn and your technique starts to slip. This is where we simulate race pressure so that when you stand on the starting block, you are ready to execute your strategy, not just swim. Swimming at the competitive level is 80 percent mental. My training sessions at Dolphin Aquatics in Betahalasuru go beyond basic stroke mechanics. We spend time on pre-race rituals, how to manage the adrenaline of a 50m sprint, and how to recover focus after a bad start. I draw heavily on my own international experience to prepare you for state and national level pressures. We do not just talk about winning. We build the discipline required to stand on the podium. If you are serious about representing your state or country, you need more than just laps. You need a coach who holds you accountable and teaches you to thrive under the intense focus that professional swimming demands. HARD WORK PAYS OFF, but only if that work is directed by a clear, champion-level mindset. Whether we are working on your freestyle efficiency or refining your butterfly, the goal remains the same: total control of your environment. ## About Praveen Babu I am Praveen Babu, and I live for swimming.
