At places like Antisocial or NCPA, I adjust my setlist to suit the room acoustics, using my own vocal mics and in-ear monitors to ensure the sound is tight. Whatever the space, I’m there to lock in with the musicians and bring the right energy to the room. Transitioning from big festival stages to intimate club dates requires a shift in how I use my voice. In an auditorium, like my performance at NCPA, I focus on the projection and the emotion behind the lyrics, allowing the music to fill the room naturally. In club settings, like my sets at Antisocial or Cobbler and Crew, it is all about the grit and the groove. I love playing with jazz textures and bluesy soul when the crowd is close enough to see the heart in the performance. I always bring a dedicated technical approach, ensuring my gear is set for the specific demands of the venue. Whether it is a quiet jazz evening or a high-energy funk night, my goal is to make the performance feel personal. If you are planning an event and need someone who can adapt to your space, let’s talk. Cheggit! ## About Pratika Gopinath Hey, I’m Pratika!
