In our themed workshops, we focus on tactile exploration. Think cotton for snowmen, glitter for festive cards, and mixed media for 3D paper sculptures. I guide your child through every step, ensuring they own every brushstroke and glue-up, so they walk out with something that is truly theirs, not a copy of a sample. Our seasonal workshops at Prath go beyond the standard holiday craft template. We believe that holiday art is about capturing the excitement of the season through genuine creative expression. Whether we are preparing for Christmas, Halloween, or welcoming a new year, the goal remains the same: to give children a space where their imagination takes the lead. ### Why our workshops are different * **Age-Appropriate Creativity:** Our activities are tailored to the motor skills and attention spans of different age groups. Toddlers engage in messy, sensory-focused play using textures like cotton and felt, while our older students explore structure, perspective, and composition through festive-themed 3D sculptures. * **Materials that Matter:** We prioritize tactile experiences. We use quality canvases, varied paints, and textured materials that encourage kids to think about how things feel and look, rather than just copying a picture. * **A Relaxed Studio Space:** Located in Panchsheel Park, our studio is designed to be a comfortable 'adda' for kids. We remove the pressure of perfection. There are no art snobs here—just a supportive community of teachers and peers where getting paint on your clothes is considered part of the process. ### Seasonal Highlights Throughout the year, we host sessions that sync with the calendar. During winter, we create snowman cards and candle holders. For Halloween, we delve into mixed media to build spooky 3D structures. These short courses are perfect for families looking for creative weekend activities in South Delhi. If you are looking for an art-filled way to spend an afternoon in New Delhi, drop by. We handle all the prep and materials—you just bring your child's curiosity. ## About Prath I am Prath, and I have been teaching art here in Panchsheel Park for 30 years. My studio is more of a community space than a classroom, where kids come to make messes and find their own creative voice. I believe art should be a source of joy, and I love seeing my students return years later, sometimes with their own kids in tow.
