We study the history and techniques behind these global art styles before picking up a brush. For instance, in our Project Mexico series, students spent weeks understanding color blocking and composition by recreating vibrant folk-style architecture. This is not just an art class, but a deep dive into culture where every brushstroke helps students connect with a different part of the world. At Prath, we believe that art is a powerful lens to view the world. Our 'Art Around the World' series is designed to spark curiosity, teaching students to observe, experiment, and solve problems creatively. ### How We Explore We break down complex art history into age-appropriate, hands-on activities. * **For Toddlers (2.5–6 years):** We focus on tactile and sensory experiences. When we study Africa, our little ones create geometric Kente cloth patterns using paper collage, helping them grasp shapes and colors while building their motor skills. * **For Kids & Teens (6–15 years):** We dive into specific techniques. During Project Mexico, students worked with watercolors and acrylics to capture the bold, bright aesthetic of Mexican folk art. Whether it is painting native toucans or architectural landscapes, the focus remains on composition, perspective, and personal expression. ### Why Join Our Themed Workshops? These projects provide more than a finished painting. They offer a structured way to learn about diverse artistic traditions. By participating in these modules, students develop a broader artistic vocabulary and learn to appreciate global aesthetics.
