This training is about more than a piece of paper; it is your global license to teach. Whether you pick the dance-focused Zumba® route or the HIIT-based Strong Nation® format, you leave with the music, the moves, and the authority to lead your own classes immediately. Fitness is my therapy, not just a job. When you train with me, you are not just attending a workshop; you are becoming part of a global fitness family. I offer both in-person intensives across major cities like Mumbai, Delhi, and Pune, and virtual sessions for anyone, anywhere. The Zumba® Basic 1 license gives you the keys to the world’s most popular dance-fitness program. We break down the rhythms, the non-verbal cueing, and the leadership skills to keep your students hooked. If you want pure grit and results, we go with Strong Nation®. It is HIIT synced to music. It is hard work, but it burns. Some realities to consider before you sign up: - The License: You are paying for a professional authorization to use our brand and materials. - Ongoing Learning: To keep your music and routines fresh, there is a monthly SYNC membership. - Your 'Why': Come ready to sweat. I do not care if you are a perfect dancer or a beginner. I care about your energy and your hustle. 'Main haroonga nahin' (I will not lose), and neither will you. Let us turn your passion into your career. ## About Praateek Kundial Hey, I am Praateek. Zumba and Strong Nation are not just work for me; they are my heartbeat.
