Zumba’s my heartbeat, my therapy, and my ticket to places I never thought I'd be—Nepal, Delhi, Bhutan, all with sneakers on! Nepal, yaar, that vibe stuck with me since day one. I’m always learning, always moving—just finished a Pilates course, never say die, main haroonga nahin (I won't lose). Off the mat, I’m with my family, wife, cricket, and festivals. Life’s short—let’s make it loud and memorable! ### My work - **Fitness Programs**: I teach Zumba master class, Strong Nation HIIT workout, Pilates for beginners, TRX Suspension fitness, and Frozen Shoulder workout. - **Energy & Vibe**: Classes are all about your energy. We move, vibe, and connect—your energy speaks before you do. - **Zumba Family**: We’re more than students—we’re a crew. We dance, sweat, smile, and repeat. It’s our therapy. - **Discipline & Hustle**: Show up, hustle hard. Excuses don’t burn calories. Discipline is the bridge to your goals. - **Beginners Welcome**: New here? No stress. Progress matters, not perfection. Just turn up and let’s get stronger together. ## More services from Praateek Kundial - [Group Fitness Classes](https://mytribe.in/prateek_kundial/group-fitness-classes) · ₹350-700 per person per group class session (estimate) - [Fitness Masterclasses & Events](https://mytribe.in/prateek_kundial/fitness-masterclasses-events) · ₹500-1,500 per participant (estimate) - [Personal Training & Corrective Exercise](https://mytribe.in/prateek_kundial/personal-training-corrective-exercise) · ₹800-2,500 per session (estimate) ## Experts similar to Praateek Kundial on mytribe - [Dog Walking & Adventure Hikes by Waggology by Vedika](https://mytribe.in/waggology/dog-walking-adventure-hikes) · ₹200-500 per walk (regular) / per hike (adventure) (estimate) · Waggology by Vedika The Dog Trainer - [Dance & Fitness Instruction by Kunal Jessani](https://mytribe.in/kunaljessani/dance-fitness-instruction) · ₹350-900 per group class (1 hour) (estimate) · Mumbai Metropolitan Area - [Strength & Fitness Training by Nikita Bhambhani](https://mytribe.in/yoga_trainer_nikita_bhambhani/strength-fitness-training) · ₹1,000-2,500 per session (estimate) · Mumbai Metropolitan Area - [Photo & Video Booth Rentals for Private Events by Pictastic Photobooths](https://mytribe.in/ pictastic_photobooths/photo-video-booth-rentals-for-private-events) · ₹18-45K per event (3-4 hours) (estimate) · Delhi - [Combat Fitness & Conditioning by Hemaal Shah](https://mytribe.in/fightingfitindia/combat-fitness-conditioning) · ₹2,000-5,000 per month (group class) (estimate) · FIGHTING FIT - [Event Planning & Decoration by Cherry Blossoms](https://mytribe.in/cherryblossomsstore__/event-planning-decoration) · ₹10-40K per event (estimate) · National Capital Region - [Pilates Instructor Certification by Sheetal Shah](https://mytribe.in/sheetalscorepilates/pilates-instructor-certification) · ₹90K-2L per full certification (estimate) · Sheetal's Core Pilates Studio - Khar West - [Fitness Instructor Training & Mentorship by Vishal Louis](https://mytribe.in/vishal_louis/fitness-instructor-training-mentorship) · ₹1,000-2,500 per person per session (estimate) · National Capital Region - [Dance Fitness by Studio Tranquility](https://mytribe.in/studiotranquility/dance-fitness) · ₹200-500 per session (estimate) · Studio Tranquility - [Personal Fitness Training by Preeti Preeti](https://mytribe.in/fit_n_fab_preeti/personal-fitness-training) · ₹700-1,500 per session (estimate) · Bolt.fit - [Wedding & Event Gifting by Lush & Rapt](https://mytribe.in/lush_and_rapt/wedding-event-gifting) · ₹500-5,000 per gift/hamper (estimate) · Pune - [Dance Fitness by Rahul Rockford](https://mytribe.in/rahulrockford/dance-fitness) · ₹350-700 per session (estimate) · Rahul Dance N Fitness Studio ## Book To book Praateek Kundial, message mytribe on WhatsApp: [Chat on WhatsApp](https://wa.me/916360004054?text=Hi%2C%20I'm%20looking%20for%20Instructor%20Training%20%26%20Certification%20by%20Praateek%20Kundial.)
