This is a message I love to see from my customers, and my answer is always a playful "no." Since we make these in small daily batches to keep the taste 'khalis' (pure), we recommend ordering a day ahead, especially if you’re planning a weekend get-together. ### Why the Internet is Obsessed You’ve seen the clips, the spoon dips, and the empty bowls—it’s not just hype. My team at Pratap Excellency takes our mango game seriously. When we say 100% pure Alphonso, we mean it. No additives, no thickeners, just fruit and time. ### The Process Behind the Buzz We source from the heart of the Konkan and Ratnagiri belts. Once the fruit reaches peak ripeness, we machine-pulp it immediately to get that silky, velvety texture. Because we don't use preservatives, the shelf life is short (24-48 hours refrigerated), which is exactly how you know it’s fresh. ### How to Serve It - **Classic:** Pair it with hot, fluffy pooris. - **Modern:** Pour it over cold vanilla ice cream for a quick dessert. - **Straight up:** Keep it chilled and enjoy it right from the pouch. Whether you're in South Mumbai or the suburbs, we deliver this bit of summer sunshine straight to your doorstep. Since this is a seasonal product, availability depends entirely on the crop cycle—once the mango season ends, we stop production until next year. Don't wait for the last crate to drop. ## About Pratap Excellency I'm Manikant Dhulla, and for 58 years, we've treated food as our greatest art.
