We use exclusively Konkan and Ratnagiri Alphonso mangoes, machine-pulped to remove any fiber or chunks. Because this contains no preservatives or artificial stabilizers, it has a strict shelf life of 48 hours. When you receive your order, it must go straight into your refrigerator to keep that fresh, silky texture exactly as it should be. For me, Aamras is more than a dessert; it is the flavor of childhood summers. The challenge with traditional Aamras is the sheer hassle of peeling, cutting, and grinding, which is why I created the Eat8 line. My goal is to bring that home-cooked, authentic experience directly to your table without the mess. ### Why Our Aamras is Different - **100% Pure Sourcing:** We source from the Ratnagiri and Konkan belts, known for the most vibrant, naturally sweet Alphonso mangoes. - **No Additives:** There are no preservatives, thickeners, or artificial colors. If you see the rich golden hue, it is entirely natural mango. - **Precision Packaging:** Each batch is machine-pulped and vacuum-sealed in heavy-duty pouches. This packaging locks in the freshness and ensures the texture stays smooth and consistent, whether you order a single 1kg pack or a 5kg bundle for a gathering. ### How to Serve While eating it straight from the pouch is a guilty pleasure, the classic way is to serve it chilled alongside piping hot, crispy pooris. Because we do not use shelf-stabilizers, we recommend consuming the pouches within 48 hours of delivery. If you are ordering for a party or a family dinner, the 5kg bulk pack is convenient because it is split into five individual 1kg pouches, allowing you to open only what you need and keep the rest sealed and fresh. We currently serve across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area, ensuring you get the taste of summer during the brief window when the mangoes are at their peak. ## About Pratap Excellency I am Manikant Dhulla, and for me, making Aamras is deeply personal. I have taken the memories of summers spent in my own family's kitchen and put that exact, pure taste into a pouch so you can enjoy it at home without the work.
