Whether we are catering for an intimate gathering or a large wedding, my team follows a strict 'bucket service' protocol. This means your guests never have to ask for a refill; the hot sabzi or dal arrives exactly when they need it, allowing you to actually enjoy the celebration instead of worrying about the logistics. For 55 years, we have lived by the mantra, 'Sambandh banave swaad thi, ane samay thi bane bharoso' (Taste builds relationships, and time builds trust). Our journey started with a humble 5-rupee thaali and a lot of grit, and today, we bring that same passion to every event we handle. ### Why Generations Trust Us We know that on your big day, the last thing you want to worry about is the caterer. We take charge of everything—from the initial decor to the final dessert plating—so you can be present with your family. We don't just put food on a plate; we manage the flow, the timing, and the hospitality. ### Hear It From Our Guests We are humbled when guests like industry icons Sanjay Sawant and Vaibhav Mota share their experiences with us. Hearing them praise our traditional Puranpoli and the seamless dining experience reminds our team why we started this in the first place. Whether it is a traditional Marathi wedding or a fusion-heavy corporate party, our focus remains on authentic flavours that resonate with everyone at the table. ### A Legacy of Consistency Our chefs and service staff are trained not just to cook, but to anticipate. When you hire us, you are getting a team that has navigated thousands of events, handled last-minute changes, and mastered the art of managing crowds without compromising on the quality of a single dish. ## About Pratap Excellency I am Manikant H. Dhulla, and for me, catering isn't just a business—it's a 55-year-old promise. I started my career with a simple 5-rupee thaali, but the passion to see people smile after a good meal remains exactly the same. My team and I treat every event like it is our own family celebration.
