Whether it is serving a crowd larger than expected at a society event or managing the flow at a private house party, we ensure the food stays hot and the service remains consistent. It is exactly why society chairmen and event hosts keep calling us back after their first experience. When you are feeding a large crowd, things can get chaotic very quickly. We have learned that consistent taste matters just as much as the logistics behind the scenes. Take our recent work at Kenway Society, for example—we handled a larger-than-planned guest list during an Independence Day event without compromising on the quality of our live dosa and medu wada counters. Clients often tell us that our ability to scale from a small house party to a community celebration of over a hundred people is what sets us apart. We do not just drop off food and leave. We manage the buffet setup, ensure the waitstaff is attentive, and make sure that even the last guest in the line gets a hot, tasty meal. If you are planning an event and are worried about portion sizes, service timing, or managing unexpected guests, we have walked that path before and know how to keep it smooth. Our focus remains on 'Shaadi waala' quality, regardless of the size of the gathering. ## About Prashant Caterers I'm Prashant, and since 2019, I've focused on one thing: delivering 'Shaadi waala khana' at every event I touch.
