Planning a destination event requires more than just a beautiful theme. It demands a marriage of creative design and rigorous operations. When I take on a destination project, I act as your single point of contact. This means I manage your travel manifests, flight arrangements, and local transport fleets, while simultaneously coordinating with your decor vendors to ensure the 3D renders we created are built exactly as planned on-site. I often fly in my own core team of 15 to 25 managers to oversee every department, from the hospitality desk to the technical cues for your Sangeet. For traditional South Indian themes, I source authentic elements like 'Nettipattam' or manage the specific food presentation of a Sadya lunch, ensuring the cultural nuances remain intact even if we are far from home.
