It is about understanding what is troubling you, whether it is physical pain or deep-seated stress, and helping you find a natural way to feel like yourself again. ## Photos and videos - [Video: I am grateful to clients who share their healing journey. In this video, a client describes his experience with the Kalari massage and Potli therapy, highlighting the deep relaxation and rejuvenation he felt.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/32969b34-da44-4b4f-a5ce-a03c42e085d0) ## About Client Experiences When you walk into my clinic, we start with a proper talk. Before I touch you with any oil, I need to know your history, your lifestyle, and exactly where the pain is coming from. It is the only way to make sure the Kalari or Potli therapy actually works for your specific body type and health needs. In Ayurveda, we do not have a one-size-fits-all approach. Whether you are dealing with chronic back pain, knee stiffness, or just the mental exhaustion of working in a city like Bangalore, the therapy must match the problem. That is why my consultation process is the most critical part of your visit. Many of my clients come here after trying countless other remedies without lasting success. When they share their stories, I often find that the root cause is a digestive issue or a long-standing stress factor that has been ignored. My role is to help you connect these dots. When you opt for treatments like the Kalari massage or the Potli (Ela-Kizhi) therapy mentioned by my clients, you are not just getting a rub-down. You are receiving a treatment designed to mobilize toxins, improve blood circulation, and soothe inflammation. We use traditional warm herbal oils, specifically chosen for your body type, and perform the therapy in a controlled, hygienic environment in RR Nagar. I maintain a strict same-gender therapist policy, so you can feel completely comfortable during your session. If you have been hesitant about trying traditional medicine, I invite you to come for an initial consultation. Let us look at your health history, understand your pain points, and build a path to wellness that respects your body's natural needs. ## About Prakruthi Ayurveda & Wellness I am Dr. Pramod, and I lead the team here at Prakruthi Ayurveda & Wellness.
