Even in a one-hour taster session, our coaches observe your stance, breathing, and trigger operation to give you immediate, actionable feedback on your technique, helping you find your center. At this academy, the philosophy is simple: shooting is a discipline of the mind as much as it is a physical sport. My journey from the Olympics to coaching in Challaghatta is built on this belief. We have designed our training programs to bridge the gap between curiosity and mastery. ### Why Our Approach Works * **Precision Engineering:** Our facility is fully air-conditioned and meets international ISSF standards. You aren't training in a makeshift setup; you are using the same quality equipment and target systems used by competitive athletes. * **Holistic Coaching:** We don't just correct your aim. We teach you how to calm your heart rate, manage your breathing, and achieve the mental stillness required to hit the bullseye. This is why we integrate fitness and focus drills into our longer-term curriculum. * **The Foundation:** Whether you join the 6-day certified foundation course or drop in for a taster session, you receive guidance from national-level shooters. We assess your dominant eye, fix your stance, and ensure your grip is consistent. We regularly host diverse groups—from students looking for a new sport to established athletes like Trupti Murgunde looking to explore the precision of shooting. The environment is safe, disciplined, and designed for anyone aged 10 and above to unlock their potential. ## About Prakash Nanjappa Shooting Academy I am Prakash, and I have spent my life mastering the art of the shot.
